I like listen to podcasts. I don’t remember exactly when did I start listen to them but I think it was in early 2013.
If you are a podcaster or a person who is thinking about to start a podcast, there is one rule from the listener’s perspective you should not avoid: sound. Video can be bad and still watchable. But sound is different. You can not make mistakes with sound in podcasts. It is crucial for the brain to get quality sound to interpret the content you get from a podcast.
So invest in equipment that will not disappoint your listeners. I think the microphone is the main hardware that should be decent or very good.
